Happy MLK Day

Nothing really deep to say here that many other people haven't already said. MLK was a historic and iconic figure who will be remembered as one of the most influential Americans of the 20th century. And while we are not at the place MLK talked about in his famous speech, we are moving in that direction. Here's to the day that MLK Day feels as antiquated as Thanksgiving, where people shake their heads in disbelief that our country was ever that way. Until then, let's remember the leadership he showed and use it as inspiration to move forward...in civil rights across all people...equality for everyone regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, etc. For that was his dream. And what a great day it will be when his dream is actually achieved.
