When the Democrats threaten to block a few of Bush's court appointments, in lower quantities than Republicans under Clinton mind you, the media blathers on about obstructionists and the nuclear option is invoked.

When the Republicans set a record for fillibusters for one session in only one year, we hear...wait for it...that's right folks, nothing.
