Just Noticing...

Ever since that bankruptcy bill that limits credit card companies risk of losing money, we as consumers were supposed to see declines in prices. If you are like me, you have received amendment after amendment raising fees and rates. And I always pay my balance on time. Glad we are getting less benefits with higher risks...thanks Congress.
