Ashes To Ashes

Perhaps one of the weirdest videos of all times, Ashes to Ashes rocks the house. One question though... What the hell is Bowie wearing? Is that some sort of birdman costume? I was going to buy one of those at Macy's, but it didn't come in my size. Good stuff.
