Bronson Arroyo

I had the MLB All-Star game on last night in the background so I happened to stumble onto something hilarious. While Branson Arroyo of the Cincinnati Reds was pitching last night, a graphic flashed up on the screen and get this... Bronson Arroyo was named after action star Charles Bronson. Yes, that's right - someone named their kid after Charles Bronson and did it using Bronson's last name as a first name. It's too hilarious to actually believe. And it only got better. After his inning pitched as they went to commercial, they had footage of Arroyo playing Oasis' "Wonderwall" on his acoustic guitar somewhere near the river. It was hilarious and awesome and I'm so glad I watched it.

This guy is so funny. They actually captured a lot of what he was saying in the bullpen with the "Sounds of the Game" segments. He talks non-stop and kept pestering the other players. Jabber-jabber-jabber-jabber. Nothing at all like Chas. Bronson. Closer to Bronson Pichot. (sp?)
