Pariah Studios

My friend Rich and I have wrote and filmed some things a little more than a year ago. It took us awhile to edit the footage, as we bought computers, editing software, and got up to speed with the very basics of editing. Towards the end of the summer, we finally finished editing the most ambitious project, our sitcom pilot entitled "Practically There". It follows 5 friends who are in an improv class in Chicago as they seek their break to become famous. It was definitely a great learning process to undertake such a large scale project. And we really need to do more promotion around the project. While it turned out much different than we envisioned, there is still a lot I am proud of.

Reason I bring up "Practically There" is because we are finalizing the completion of 2 smaller projects we shot around the same time. They will hopefully be completed over next weekend. And we are planning to shoot some more projects next weekend. To date we have been very very slow with the filming and editing aspects. But we have a ton of material written. Given all we have learned with these initial projects, we can hopefully get on a quicker timetable.

In anticipation of the new projects, I thought I would include "Practically There". For YouTube purposes, it has been broken up into 3 parts. In my opinion, the strongest part is Part 3, especially the first 5 minutes or so. This is probably what we should show from this project as admittedly it starts rather slow.

ENJOY!
