The Dude Abides

Dudes and dudettes, the one and only Dusty Baker is back to haunt a new baseball franchise. This time it is the Cincinnati Reds. My condolences go out to them in advance. For if there is one thing I know it is that Dusty Baker is an awful manager. Sure, he may actually have some success. But pay no attention to that for it is all a mirage. The guy can not manage. Wait until he falls in love with your version of Fast Freddy Bynum or Neifi Perez or some other nothing ball player. Watch as he pushes your starting pitchers way past their limit (gulp, Aaron Harang). For if there is one thing Dusty is notorious for, it's leaving a franchise in worse shape then when he arrived. Might seem hard given the Reds struggles of late. Somehow, Dusty will find a way. For The Dude abides.
