Dear Scary Neocon,

Why do you have to be so mean, man? You're being rather harsh and that's messing with my trip. The world would be so much better if we all learned to love each other and just threw away the guns and danced around while drums played nonstop. Far out. There was this one time when I was at Bonnaroo and we all slept in tents and I wore the same clothes for 3 days straight. There was no war and there were no terrorists and there was no hate. It was glorious. If only we could remake the Middle East in the image of Bonnaroo or Burning Man. And we could get Phish to reunite and headline a benefit show in the middle of Baghdad and show all those beautiful people it doesn't have to be about violence. They can lay down their guns and dance stoned on love (and some truly excellent weed) with their fellow Iraqi and maybe we can witness the rebirth of our Lord and Savior, Jerry Garcia. We might heard the faint sounds of "Truckin'" off in the distance. And walking towards us from the horizon as the music builds until we see Jerry in all his glory.
