Happy Birthday

Life Is Crap hopes you enjoy your birthday pretzels

I know you're supposed to make wishes only on your birthday, but I can't help it. On the 60th birthday of the most incompetent president ever who can't even eat a pretzel or ride a bike without risking bodily harm, I offer my wishes for the next year (actually, the next 2+ years).

• Don't invade anymore countries - 2 wars are enough.
• Tell the truth occasionally (it's called baby steps) - it's been said it will set you free.
• Stop spying on American citizens - if you think they are connected to terrorists, please present your evidence and get a warrant from the FISA court that grants warrants 99.99% of the time.
• Actually support our troops/veterans by increasing their benefits, protection, pay instead of constantly decreasing it.
• Attend at least 1 funeral of an Iraq War casuality - even if it is a photo op it at least shows some acknowledgement of the sacrifices made by our men and women.
• Before handing out huge tax breaks that mostly benefit the elite, take some time to think about how this loss in governmental revenue will impact our ability to balance the budget.
• Take a remedial elementary school science class and understand that scientific insights should be made by scientists and not by politicians.
• When a problem arises, consider trying to fix the problem instead of determining who should be blamed and how to spin the problem so it causes as little political fallout as possible.

Obviously this is just a start. But my birthday will be here in less than 2 months so I'll have time to make more wishes.
